Directions for Use

1. At the end of the day, ensure your feet (especially soles) are clean and dry.

2. Peel off the backing of the adhesive sheet and attach the sap powder sheet onto it. Then apply the combined sheet to the sole of each foot, pressing firmly to secure. 

3. Leave the patches on overnight while you sleep.

4. In the morning, gently peel off the patches and discard. Wash your feet if needed.

5. For best results, repeat nightly or after heavy standing/walking sessions.
