Directions for Use:

1. Soak a cotton pad with Bifesta Micellar Cleansing Water. 

2. Gently wipe across face—including eye/ lip areas—until cotton comes away clean. 

3. If eye makeup is heavy, hold the soaked pad over the eye area for a few seconds to loosen makeup. 

4. Proceed directly to toner/serum—no rinsing required. 
   Recommended For:
